Introductory group of 12 sessions in Dramatherapy for teachers

This is aimed at teachers who wish to experience Dramatherapy as a means of developing creativity. It will include an analysis and dramatisation of fairytales, the construction of masks and it will investigate the therapeutic dimension and development of the imagination as a tool for work.

Dramatherapy group for large women

A short-term Dramatherapeutic intervention consisting of 12 sessions for women who are unhappy with their body image.

The group is aimed at women between 25 and 55 and especially those who consider that their weight impairs their body image. Through the dramatherapeutic experience the members of the group will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of themselves and their bodies.

  • Self-confidence and self-esteem
  • Mood disorders such as melancholy, depression, etc.
  • Anxiety and panic attacks
  • Personal relationships – divorce, sexual problems, communication difficulties
  • Work-related problems – lack of interest, inability to solve problems
  • Mourning and loss
  • Addiction to alcohol, drugs, electronic games
  • Eating disorders – obesity, bulimia, anorexia nervosa
  • Sex roles
  • Sleeping disorders
  • Socialisation and emotional expression

EXPERIENTIAL SEMINAR – “Mother, Mommy, Ma”

Saturday: 16/1/2010, 10.30-14.30

In this seminar we will work through the relationship of the adult with their mother and the effects of this relationship on everyday life and our subsequent relationships.

Participation fee: 70E and 60E for students
